Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department managers to craft job listings.
Stay abreast of labor market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Lead the development of engaging recruitment campaigns and oversee their execution.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with temporary and selection agencies.
Manage administrative tasks such as creating financial proposals and employment contracts.
You excel in sifting through resumes to identify the ideal matches for each position.
You're goaldriven and thrive on achieving tangible results.
You find joy in both collaborative teamwork and independently tackling assignments.
Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages is a must.
You are looking for a fulltime job and are willing to come to our offices at least 3 days a week.
