What is the job content?

We are a strong growing company in De Pinte, active in IT, looking for a temporary employee purchase and customer service (May to October 2023).

Do you receive an order form? Then the file goes from sales to purchase, which provides all further follow-up.

You will be responsible for everything relating to purchasing, but will also keep the customers of their orders and assist them in case of questions.

You follow up incoming orders and enter them into the ERP system.
You take care of the order confirmation and keep customers informed about the delivery period etc.
You place the necessary orders with suppliers and follow up the entire purchase process.
You take delivery of the ordered goods and enter them into the system.
In short, a very varied job with daily contacts with suppliers and customers.
Who are we looking for?

Education:
you have graduated

Preferably you have at least a first work experience, but are you a motivated school leaver? Then you can certainly also qualify.

You have a good knowledge of Excel.
You can express yourself in Dutch, French and English.
You have a strong character and find open communication very important.
