Sales team, we are looking for an ambitious
full-time Sales Representative, who will be working in the region Ieper - Roeselare - Kortrijk - Moeskroen**
ABOUT THE ROLE


Sales representative will be responsible for managing the area of region (Ieper - Roeselare - Kortrijk - Moeskroen) which consists of predefined retail shops, by following the company strategy in order to improve the availability, presence and selling out of our products.

The main objective is to realize the volume & SOM targets in own area through self-designed area business plan, tailor-made approach and retailer/staff coaching & engagement.

Sales representative will be implementing it with excellence and realize the set cycle objectives on distribution, coverage and program execution.

Sales Representative will be a part of the Sales Team - West and will report directly to Field Force Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build up and ensure a longterm commercial relationship with fixed clients in a predetermined area
  • Analyze/monitor performance on an area level and implement the necessary actions in line with the overall company strategy to achieve volume and SOM growth
  • Analyze/monitor performance on the shop level and translate this into tailormade action plans for this client
  • Perform basic cycle activities (distribution, coverage, program execution) in order to ensure and improve the availability, presence and selling out of our products.
  • Transmit all market information (client, product, competition) within the legal boundaries in order to be able to evaluate current activities and strategies and to be able to quickly respond to/anticipate changing market situations.
  • Reinforce deals and activation programs on the shop floor by coaching, educating and engaging retailers and staff; initiate, organize and coordinate business reviews with key retailers
  • Control and execute daily and specific administration in order to enable the handling of predetermined activities
  • Control the different stock movements (cigarettes, tobacco, premiums) linked to activities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
  • 12 years of sales experience as a sales representative
  • Fluent Dutch and English both written and verbal, French would be an advantage
  • Computer skills: Windows & Microsoft Office
  • Proactive person, autonomous & excellent organized
  • Skilled in negotiations & Resultdriven
