    Owns and execute the innovation strategy, aligning it to the overall business innovation and transformation strategy. Focuses innovation efforts and makes sure the tools, people and processes are in place to drive innovation. Interfaces with the BUs to gauge and execute technology innovation where possible.

    Innovation Management


    •Clarify what we mean by Innovation


    Shift mindset – start with the end in mind... not just PoC / Pilots but also scaling
    •Manages the overall innovation agenda & initiatives, and manage strategic innovation partnerships
    Partners with Business teams on strategy development: identify, and prioritise strategic gaps evaluating PoC or partner options and collaborations based on clear Success Metrics
    •Build a community of Innovation [N+X horizon]
    •Interfaces with Business Leads and Product teams to identify areas of technology innovation
    Executes the innovation strategy of the enterprise on the ground in BPT, ensuring that the tools, capabilities, processes and people are available to drive innovation efforts

    "Ventures" & Scouting


    •Provide inspiration, expertise and support through more outside-in innovation from our Partners, Universities...
    Understands and evaluates new technology trends and the changing business/competitor landscape, positioning the organisation to be disruptive. Curates strategic partnerships to support innovation activities
    •Engage with VC and start-up ecosystem to gain access to emerging technology & business models, and enhance CCEP competitiveness via new business opportunities and improved innovation pipeline, in partnership with the existing CCEP Ventures team
    •Identify opportunities for investment, pilot, POCs and strategic partnership
    •Support and advance the development of investment themes, establishing a network of venture and entrepreneurial resources to leas CCEP into new adjacent areas
    •Sets up evaluation criteria consisting of key financial and nonfinancial metrics to shortlist innovative ideas that should be developed for short term tactical gains or long-term strategic advantages

    Innovation Product & Services


    •Ensure innovation product readiness and provide support E2E to Challenge management
    Trains the Innovation Champions on Innovation Product / tool / process
    •Track and report Innovation IQ, maintain innovation vault with best practices and promote innovation culture through community of experts
    •Manages Innovation Product roadmap in alignment with business needs and budget
    •Provides Design Thinking facilitation / agile boot camp / Hackathons / SharkTank
    •Reposition our NEXT Labs with virtual knowledge repository, maintains the master repository of innovative ideas which the firm should pursue for creating new business opportunities
