Job description

Roles & Responsibilities
Design and execute experiments to address scientific questions and advance research objectives.
Utilize a variety of laboratory techniques and state-of-the-art instrumentation for data generation.
Analyze experimental data, draw meaningful conclusions, and contribute to the interpretation of results.
Stay abreast of scientific literature and integrate relevant findings into ongoing projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scientific knowledge into product development and innovation.
Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and project planning sessions.
Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and documentation.
Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports on experimental findings for internal and external audiences.
Contribute to the development of new methodologies, technologies, and approaches to enhance research capabilities.
Address scientific challenges and propose creative solutions to advance project goals.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols in all laboratory activities.
Contribute to the preparation of documentation, including SOPs and research protocols.

The Ideal Profile
Bachelor in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field).
Expertise in relevant laboratory techniques and methodologies.
Proven track record of independent research and contributions to scientific publications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
