Je stuurt de technische medewerkers aan ten einde een storing of een project adequaat te kunnen oplossen.
Je houdt d.m.v. data analyse de vinger aan de pols wat betreft technische stilstanden, terugkerende onderhoudskosten, ... om adequaat te kunnen reageren (door o.a. verbeteringsvoorstellen uit te werken).
Je zorgt tevens voor de nodige coördinatie van de door jou uitgewerkte verbeterprojecten en je stuurt deze techniekers op functioneel niveau bij.
Vanuit deze optiek streef je continu naar verbetering om de kwaliteit te verhogen en om de rendabiliteit van de lijn te verbeteren.
Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of masterdiploma in een technische richting (elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig).
Je kan reeds een aantal jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen in een gelijkaardige rol binnen onderhoud en/of engineering.
Je hebt een passie voor techniek en je beschikt over een goede kennis van (elektrische) sturingen, programmatie, pneumatica en hydraulica.
Je bent Nederlandstalig.
Je komt terecht in een internationale gerenommeerde organisatie met lokaal een familiaal karakter.
