For a hamburger chain, we are looking for a team leader who, together with his/her team, wants to build the seventh restaurant in Belgium.

• You support and guide the team to achieve a higher level of customer experience
• You ensure that the productivity and wellbeing of the team are always at their best
• You are responsible for grilling the hamburgers, frying the fries, managing the stock, checking the till and training the team
• You ensure that the store is always in order

• With your sparkeling personality, you know how to enthuse and motivate your team every day.
• You are an entertainer and communicator at heart.
• You are stress resistant and get enormous energy from KPIs.
• This is how your environment would describe you: a responsible, caring, openminded people person.
• You speak fluent English and/or Dutch.

• Working in a new and dynamic work environment. You will be there from the very beginning.
• A fixed contract upon startup.
• A gross salary around 2300 euro and meal vouchers, plus bonuses depending on the performance of your team.
