About Our Client:

Our client, located in Ghent, is part of a Japanese multinational company that is globally recognised as one of the market leaders in raw materials for the plastics industry.

They employ approximately 6,750 people worldwide.

Their branch in Ghent plays a significant role within the group and has a team of 150 employees who together generate a revenue of over 43 million.

To join their team, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can thrive in a dynamic, international environment.

You are the first and central point of contact for customers and the manufacturing unit.

You promote customer satisfaction.

You are responsible for handling all inquiries and orders.
You discuss solutions and alternatives with customers, both independently and in close contact with the sales managers.
You provide partially reliable forecasts to ensure timely and accurate orders.
You coordinate the planning and monitor the orders and invoicing.

The Successful Applicant:

You preferably have several years of experience in a customer service environment and have previously worked with SAP.
You are fluent in English. Dutch and German are a plus.
You can work independently and systematically.
You are administratively very punctual.
You enjoy working in an international environment.
