Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.


Functieomschrijving:

As an
SAP Implementation Project Manager you will be responsible for several projects from Initiation to closure. You will manage the delivery of the projects assigned to you in terms of scope, time, budget and quality. The projects you will be working on will mainly be situated within the domains corporate services and ERP.

  • You will assist in managing overall scope definition, planning, staffing, and delivery until closure of the SAP, ERP or other IT related projects on time, within budget and in accordance with the guidelines and standards;
  • You will provide guidance and assistance to the TeamLeads and Portfolio Managers in the day to day management of their projects and in the coordination of the teams;
  • You will assure proper project organization and assist in administrative tasks : you will manage Resource Planning, Budget and Planning, Risk and Issues;
  • You will monitor Project Performance and Progress. You will create presentations, reports and dashboards, and you will communicate with project stakeholders to manage expectations on project deliverables.

Vereiste ervaring:


  • You have at least a
    Bachelor's Degree or you are equivalent through relevant professional experience;
  • You have
    at least 5 years of relevant professional experience as an SAP Project Manager within IT environments;
  • You have a broad functional knowledge of
    different SAP modules and domains;
  • You have
    proven professional experience in at least some of the following functional domains : financial controlling, financial contract accounting, maintenance, sales and distribution, supply chain, warehouse management, procurement, CRM, HR, S4HANA, Ariba, governance risk and compliance, vendor invoice management;
  • You have knowledge of
    Project Management methodologies or
    AGILE approaches;
  • You have high analytical abilities with an eye for details without missing the total picture;
  • You have a positive and constructive approach, both as a team player as well as in supporting the positive image of our client;
  • You have
    strong developed communication skills;
  • You're
    fluent in Dutch, French and English.
