    Notre client est un leader mondial de la secteur du transport et la distribution, dont les bureaux flambant neufs sont localisés dans le Nord de Bruxelles (Vilvorde).

    Missions

    • Gestion du processus de facturation, en veillant à ce que les factures soient produites et envoyées aux clients avec précision et dans les délais impartis

    • Gestion du processus de recouvrement, en contrôlant et en analysant l'ancienneté des comptes débiteurs, en assurant le suivi des paiements en retard, et en mettant en œuvre des stratégies de recouvrement afin de minimiser les créances irrécouvrables

    • Assurer l'application précise et opportune de la trésorerie, en rapprochant les paiements des clients et en résolvant les divergences, en collaboration avec le département GL

    • Surveiller et gérer le risque de crédit en effectuant des analyses de crédit, en évaluant la solvabilité des clients, en établissant des limites de crédit et en mettant en œuvre des mesures de Credit Control

    • Préparer et analyser le reporting lié aux les comptes clients et le Credit, en fournissant des mises à jour régulières à la direction générale sur des KPI's, des améliorations des processus et les sujets urgents

    • Optimiser le cycle de la commande à l'encaissement, résoudre les problèmes liés aux commandes et améliorer la satisfaction des clients

    Profil du candidat

    • Bachelor en finance ou comptabilité (un MBA est un atout non-indispensable)
    • Expérience confirmée dans un poste d'AR Manager / Credit Team Manager
    • Maîtrise de l'anglais et excellent niveau de français et/ou de néerlandais
    • Solide connaissance de la gestion des commandes, de la comptabilité AR, de l'analyse de crédit, de la trésorerie et du recouvrement
    • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, pour collaborer efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et établir de solides relations avec les clients
    • Capacités analytiques exceptionnelles et un intérêt marqué pour l'amélioration et l'automatisation des processus comptables
