En tant que Spécialiste Formation, ta mission principale est d'assurer la fluidité et l'efficacité de l'ensemble du processus de formation. Tu travailles sur différents sites (Bruxelles et Lummen), ce qui garantit une grande variété dans tes tâches quotidiennes.
Gestion Logistique : Gérer le calendrier de formation, l'envoi des invitations et des inscriptions, et fournir le support logistique complet (salles, matériel, catering, documentation).
Administration LMS : Saisir, mettre à jour et gérer les données des participants dans le LMS.
Gestion Budgétaire et Subventions : Rédiger et suivre les Purchase Requests (SAP) pour la facturation et gérer les dossiers relatifs aux subventions et aux congés éducatifs.
Point de Contact Central : Servir de référence pour toutes les questions concernant les formations et le LMS, en assurant une communication claire avec les formateurs et les participants.
Suivi et Évaluation : Envoyer et suivre les évaluations post-formation, et soutenir les demandes de rapports (KPI, enquêtes, rapport social, etc.).
Projets RH : Contribuer activement aux divers projets en cours au sein du département des Ressources Humaines.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle stimulant, l'équipe des Ressources Humaines recherche un profil qui combine expertise administrative et un véritable intérêt pour la formation et les RH.
Tu es titulaire d'un Bachelier en administration, en RH, en pédagogie, ou en communication (ex: Office Management, Éducation), ou tu as une expérience équivalente pertinente.
Tu disposes d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle administratif, idéalement au sein d'un département de formation ou des Ressources Humaines.
Tu maîtrises le néerlandais et le français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Tu fais preuve d'une grande capacité d'organisation ; gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et respecter les délais est naturel pour toi.
Tu as une bonne connaissance d'un LMS (Learning Management System), de préférence SuccessFactors.
Tu maîtrises parfaitement MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Tu t'intéresses aux outils numériques et à l'IT pour optimiser les systèmes de formation (y compris l'éventuelle participation à la création de modules e-learning).
