The team you'll be part of


At Nokia Belgium our Plant Management together with the local People Team daily gives their very best to become the "employer of choice", not only for potential new recruits but also for our employees, in order to engage, develop and retain our people.


To sustain this initiative, we organize a lot of internal projects and initiatives related to the Belgian site's development, providing opportunities for learning, and sharing as well as focusing on enhancing the well-being of our employees.


To make these projects happen, we are looking for a dynamic intern who will be able to coordinate and manage projects related to the site's development to position Nokia in Belgium as "employer of choice", while also supporting the local People Team in different projects.


What you will learn and contribute to


Beyond that, the intern will have the ability to work on some internal marketing and branding initiatives towards our own employees (related to employee engagement).


As part of our team, you will:

  • Be interacting with many different stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Work on different internal topics related to site development
  • Manage endtoend delivery of projects related to employee engagement
  • Establish a network with employees and managers to collect feedback and improvement points for the site development strategy
  • Improve the current local communications strategy and use of channels
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve execution and ROI (return on investment) of projects
  • Analyze global initiatives within Nokia which could be relevant for the site & implement accordingly to position Nokia as "employer of choice"
  • Fill in the required tools to showcase the site strategy

Your skills and experience

You have/are:

  • A Master Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or Human Resources
  • Fluid in English, verbal and written
  • Strong project management and networking skills
  • A true eye for details
- creative & autonomous and you will go the extra-mile to deliver results on time

It would be nice if you also had:

  • A good knowledge of the Dutch language, verbal and written
  • Some knowledge of graphic design

During this 6-months internship we offer you the opportunity to gain experience in a multinational company with a local identity.

There is a possibility of extension.

  • You graduated from your Master studies maximum 2 years ago
