    We are looking for a passionate and driven Supplier Development Program Manager with expertise leading multi-dimensional, global supplier projects.

    In this role, you will be part of the Supplier Development and Readiness (SDR) team within the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) charged with developing and operationalizing an EU supplier development program.

    Working in close collaboration with your SDM peers, you will shape the future of Amazon's evolving supplier development and readiness programs.

    You will be responsible for designing and delivering repeatable solutions to assist our stakeholders in expanding our current supply base, advancing supplier diversity and establishing supplier maturity readiness levels (MRL).

    This vital and visible role will partner with GPO teams and other business stakeholders including Category, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Diversity teams to identify new and develop new and existing suppliers.
