    Implementing contractual service processes and practices in accordance with the service catalogue and related instructed tasks proactively.

    • Managing daily (or other periodic) activities such as: o Processing service requests from the assigned account.
    • Monitoring and reporting SLA performance (internal/external reporting).
    • Tracking systems related to service delivery.
    • Troubleshooting activities related to SLA performance.
    • Identifying significant incidents and informing the Service Manager accordingly.
    • Actively monitoring open cases and incidents within the service operation.
    • Proactive system maintenance (meter reading groups, scheduling, SLA groups, etc.).
    • In the event of service, process, and contractual practice adaptations, performing documentation, training, and commissioning activities required to maintain consistency.
    • Initiating tasks related to site cleanup performed by the client, field engineer, or a third-party company.

    You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    • You are fluent in English. You also speak French and/or Dutch.
    • You have initial experience in an IT environment.
    • You have demonstrated your ability to work in cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.
    • You possess strong IT skills (network and connectivity).
    • You are customer-oriented, a good communicator, and adept at problem-solving.
    • You are detail-oriented and have analytical skills.
