- Managing daily (or other periodic) activities such as: o Processing service requests from the assigned account.
- Monitoring and reporting SLA performance (internal/external reporting).
- Tracking systems related to service delivery.
- Troubleshooting activities related to SLA performance.
- Identifying significant incidents and informing the Service Manager accordingly.
- Actively monitoring open cases and incidents within the service operation.
- Proactive system maintenance (meter reading groups, scheduling, SLA groups, etc.).
- In the event of service, process, and contractual practice adaptations, performing documentation, training, and commissioning activities required to maintain consistency.
- Initiating tasks related to site cleanup performed by the client, field engineer, or a third-party company.
- You are fluent in English. You also speak French and/or Dutch.
- You have initial experience in an IT environment.
- You have demonstrated your ability to work in cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.
- You possess strong IT skills (network and connectivity).
- You are customer-oriented, a good communicator, and adept at problem-solving.
- You are detail-oriented and have analytical skills.
