We are currently in a period of substantial growth and are looking for an experienced C# Developer who is passionate about technology.

The successful applicant would be required to attend site for at least 2 days in the Bruges office.

The Opportunity

Optimize current processes with regards to performance and/or maintainability
Contribute to technical documentation
Take responsibility for projectbased tasks focusing on any specific development stage
Lead a sub team of 3 to 4 developers and take responsibility to deliver excellent software to QA/OPS/the customer

About You

A minimum of 5 years of experience in C# developing
University degree or college diploma in computer science, telecommunications or other relevant related degre
A good understanding of modern software design and development methodologies (e.g., OO, IoC, event driven, multithreading)
Experience working with Git as source version control, TFS is a plus.
Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes is desirable
Experience with real time or nearreal time high volume telecom IT systems is a plus
Strong understanding of quality, security and data protection standards
Ability to work well both independently and within a team
Experience using Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to break down the complexity and comeup with creative solutions (thinking out of the box)
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory
