Senior Buyer - General Services, renovation & maintenance of building projects

Location:
Brussels, Belgium

Description/Requirements:

**8 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction/real estate and/or building maintenance procurement.

*Detailed understanding of the main commercial and contractual models and the underlying cost drivers applicable in the market,

*Strong know-how of the Building Renovation/maintenance & facility management Market dynamics and its key players,

*Negotiation skills

*Project management skills with 5 years proven experience,

*Deal shaping / closing capabilities, knowledge of financial analysis

English, Dutch, French
