Atlassian Support Specialist:


Your mission:

You will be part of a team of Atlassian experts that work for different multinational customers.

On a daily basis you will be collaborating on implementing new features, migrating/merging complex projects, developing automation, integrating different systems,...


Your main tasks:

Specifically, as an Atlassian Support Specialist, your tasks will include:

  • Analyzing & troubleshooting issues across Atlassian tools.
  • Supporting internal & external clients with using the Atlassian tools.
  • Implementing automation based on customer requirements.
  • Aligning with Solution Architects & System Engineers on daily basis.

What we are looking for in you:
Minimum


Required Skills:


  • Excellent in problem solving.
  • Good with handling a healthy amount of stress.
  • Good in planning and organizing your day to day tasks.
  • Fluent in English (speaking & writing).

You're an excellent fit if:

  • You have experience with (administrating) Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo...).
  • You worked with tools like Jira Service Management.
  • You already have one or more Atlassian Certifications completed.
  • You have worked with both Atlassian Cloud and onpremise installations.
  • You have basic programming skills.
  • You have experience with one or more of the following addons:
  • ScriptRunner
  • Tempo Timesheets
  • Insight
  • Xray
  • Exalate
