This role is part of DFS Clean Energy business unit and presents a great opportunity to join us on our Clean Energy journey where you will play a key role in DFS strategic direction.

It will report to the Director Product Management, EV Charging.

  • Responsible for developing and executing robust revenue growth opportunities for EV Charging business in partnership with the regions.
  • Partners with the marketing, product management, regional sales and customer success functions to grow the revenue YoY.
  • Help develop a growth strategy for EV Charging with a clear market segmentation and go to market plan.
  • Work with company sales & product management professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas to drive revenue and margins.
  • Research the latest in the business industry, understanding region specific requirements, government positioning, industry trends, infrastructure readiness, etc. to build business cases for business development opportunities.
  • Drive business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) market research to identify customer needs.
  • Investigate alternative business models that can help drive further growth for EV Charging.
  • Enable commercial teams to successfully sell and promote EV Charging portfolio.
  • Must be able to own/deliver key financial product line parameters for the region assigned, including revenue and margins, sales forecast, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales and product management team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or a relevant role
  • Experience in EV Charging industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SalesForce
  • Proficiency in English and additional language is a benefit
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Qualification in electrical engineering is a benefit but not essential
  • The role can be remote, or office based, within Europe.

Essential Functions:


  • International travel is required occasionally
  • Ability to travel up to 20% is required (heavier and lighter times)
  • Ability to effectively/clearly communicate

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent contract


Pay:
From €70,000.00 per year
