Description

You are responsible for the administrative management of material claims files in the Fire branch.
Telephony is a big part of your day. You are in direct contact with brokers
You set your own agenda but have an eye for fixed appointments and deadlines
You handle your own files but work closely with colleagues
You discuss files and ask for input from team members and team leader

Profile

You have a bachelor or master degree
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch
You can independently offer solutions and make decisions
You are stress resistant
You are administratively strong and you have the right communication skills to help the customer in the right way
