- Manage VAT compliance for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
- Stay updated on changes in VAT regulations and ensure compliance with local laws and international standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on VAT matters, including registration, invoicing requirements, and cross-border transactions.
- Conduct VAT reviews and audits to identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in VAT compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications ( , ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in VAT compliance, preferably within a fiduciary or financial services firm.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg VAT regulations and EU VAT directives.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French, proficiency in German and Luxemburgish is advantageous.
