We are looking for a passionate person who can contribute to make the Airtec division a competence center of compressed air and services.

Your mission is to successfully transform our learning in the digital evolution strategy to shorten the time to competence, within our high tech environment.


What will you do?

  • You will develop and realize a competence development strategy, create the road map of the development programs to meet the short and longterm company demands of competence and skills, and contribute for building the talent pipeline of the Airtec Division.
  • You will continue to nurture #neverstoplearning culture and encourage leaders to promote lifelong relevance approach.
  • You will increase visibility and accessibility of the development opportunities towards the different functions and job levels within the Airtec organization.
  • You will develop the competence matrix on hard
- & soft skills for the roles within the divisional structure.

  • You will define the efficient assessment tools and implement those into our people management processes.
  • Together with VP HR and other business leaders you will contribute for further development of cross divisional training programs.
  • You will improve the learning data analytics and propose new indicators for a betterinformed decision on competence development and related investments,
  • You will manage our LMS (Learning management system) as one stopshop for learning by all employees.
In this position, you will report to VP Competence Development from the Airtec Division and work in close collaboration with Human Resources and our business leaders

You are coming from learning & development community, where IT is critical to the success of the role. 5+ years within the field of Competence Development related working experience in R&D and/or production environment is a must.

You have excellent communication skills in English.

You will ideally have a university degree with a solid technical and pedagogical background.
