Our client is a multicultural and multilingual support platform.

Every day, their team ensures that the customers' broken-down vehicle or lorry gets back on the road as quickly as possible.

As a customer service officer, you will work the nightshift.

Your main tasks will be:

Gathering information and checking the data for accuracy and completeness.
Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
Updating the customer and all other parties involved.
Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved.
Followup of all contractrelated issues within the established deadlines.

Profiel:
For this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience and skills:

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Language: Polish (native or advanced), English (proficient) and ideally Dutch or German
Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres,) is a plus
No specific experience required

SKILLS

Communicate effectively over the phone
Problem analysis and problem solving
Customer

- and results-oriented

Accurate and high work standard
Multitasker and stress resistant

Aanbod:
Permanent contract after a positive interim assignment (100 days)
