We are in search of a dynamic individual who demonstrates a hands-on approach, possesses a strong sense of practicality, and exhibits adept problem-solving skills.


Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be the point of contact of members and visitors (Reception/Welcoming)
  • Provide assistance and proper follow up with the visitor management system and procedure
  • Prepare the meeting rooms
  • Daily check of the office to make sure the offices are clean and ready for daily operations
  • Support catering coordination, stationary, mailroom, archives
  • Support organisation of internal events
  • Followup maintenance of facility equipment

Profil

your profile corresponds to this list:

  • 0-3 years of related experience
  • Education: secondary diploma and/or bachelor with customer service orientation
-
English and French or Dutch proficient user level is mandatory to deal with external providers:

  • Strong organizational skills: ability to plan & prioritize
  • Responsiveness: ability to deal with changing circumstances
  • A strong sense of ethics
  • Practical and serviceoriented attitude
  • Multitasking/handson is essential
  • Reactive and well organised (problemsolving approach)
  • Experience with logistics in a technical environment
