Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Ghent. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve exceptional results and drive value from our solution.

You will manage the entire implementation of our solution and keep track of scope, time and budget. You will also guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey and drive early value realisation while empowering them to confidently adopt and configure the solution themselves.+
