Yes, You Have To.

Yes, you have to. In case you wondered. Do I really have to … ? The answer is always, yes, you have to. For yourself in the first place. Because you DO count.

Let us do a test. Does it work with any topic in life? The ‘yes, you can’ is a bit similar but not as strong. Do I really have to watch my diet? Yes, you have to. You will be rewarded. Do I really have to take out the garbage can? You know the answer.

Once you are in the ‘do I really have to-modus’ you already know the answer to this question. Give it a try for yourself. Especially when you notice you are adding ‘really’.

It may seem that we all have to climb our mountain(s) in life, towards yes, the highest version of yourself. Guess what, we discover - with a closer eye on the top - that the reward is double: everyone gains in the end.

When we commit to improvement, the world around us improves with us. Now try again: do I really have to? Yes, YOU have to(o).
