About the job:
As Commercial Lead, elevate existing business to new heights by maximizing sales potential and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Independently manage the sales department in BELUX, offering crucial support to New Business ventures in France.
Oversee all BELUX customers, identifying sales opportunities through insightful market analysis and making strategic business recommendations.
Maintain direct communication with Europe Headquarters to align intercountry and European strategies.
Monitor supply chain and logistics execution, serving as the primary contact for the Supply Chain department in Europe.

A few points from your duties:

  • Plan and control sales activities, develop negotiation and sales strategies based on thorough market analysis.
  • Take responsibility for turnover, achieving sales targets, and optimizing sales distribution within retail and new channels.
  • Establish annual budgets, exercise budget control, and drive sales activation.
  • Supervise external sales agencies, including field force and sales promoters.
  • Efficiently execute daily Key Accounting tasks.
  • Conduct customer business reviews, providing shopper marketing and category management advice.
  • Coordinate trade marketing activations.
  • Monitor stock levels and forecasting.
  • Possess a University degree in Sales or Marketing.
  • Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and a proclivity for challenging the status quo.
  • Display analytical thinking coupled with a customeroriented mindset.
  • Show sincere interest in sciences and nutrition.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Be handson, capable of handling administrative tasks while providing crucial strategic input for the overall business plan.
