YOUR ROLE:
- You deliver operational support for the Belgian cluster on all HR related matters.
- You dive into the details and come up with pragmatic solutions.
- You provide support in hard and soft HR matters.
- You communicate with all levels of the organization (bluecollar workers and corporate executives).
- You are part of the local management team
- You lead and supervise different HR projects (function classification, time registration,...)
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a track record as an HR Manager.
- You have experience in hard HR matters.
- You are not afraid to provide operational support.
- You are resilient and can operate in a changing environment.
- You are humancentered though goal oriented.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
PRACTICAL:
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 5 days a week
- Duration: min 3 months
- Location: Antwerp Kempen
