YOUR ROLE:


  • You design, implement and digitalize bestinclass processes in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Performance Management, and increase Employee Experience and Operational Excellence in HR.
  • You collaborate closely with the relevant Centers of Excellence and the IT teams.
  • You ensure that the Talent, L&D, and Performance Management processes are shared, tested, probed, and communicated with endusers, and you keep the teams informed on the latest trends and developments.
  • You operate at a global level in a matrix organization.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have a solid track record in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management, with a process excellence & optimization mindset.
  • You have relevant Workday user experience in these fields.
  • You collaborate and communicate easily with various key stakeholders and have experience working with multilocation teams.
  • You feel at ease in a fastpaced environment in transformation, working in a diverse international environment.
  • You are fluent in English with knowledge of French or Dutch.

PRACTICAL:


  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: fulltime or 80%
  • Duration: 6 months, extension possible
  • Location: hybrid, Brussels
