- You hold a pivotal position within the support function, assuming responsibility for the efficient management and oversight of distinct assignments, encompassing (study) tasks.
- You devise comprehensive action plans, ensuring their successful implementation.
- You oversee and coordinate a multifaceted team comprising experts, seniors, and juniors.
- You assume accountability for monitoring and supervising the services rendered by the team, ensuring quality and adherence to established standards.
- You diligently compile and deliver comprehensive reports reflecting the progress and outcomes of the undertaken endeavors.
- You confidently present the achieved results, effectively communicating the findings and implications to relevant stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a relevant track record of minimum 10 years as a Change Manager, demonstrating your expertise in the mentioned topics.
- You possess solid knowledge and skills in transformation programs and people management.
- You have strong organizational and communication skills.
- You are Dutch or French speaking.
PRACTICAL:
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week
- Duration: 6 to 24 months, as from 2024
- Location: Brussels / remote
