YOUR ROLE:


  • You hold a pivotal position within the support function, assuming responsibility for the efficient management and oversight of distinct assignments, encompassing (study) tasks.
  • You devise comprehensive action plans, ensuring their successful implementation.
  • You oversee and coordinate a multifaceted team comprising experts, seniors, and juniors.
  • You assume accountability for monitoring and supervising the services rendered by the team, ensuring quality and adherence to established standards.
  • You diligently compile and deliver comprehensive reports reflecting the progress and outcomes of the undertaken endeavors.
  • You confidently present the achieved results, effectively communicating the findings and implications to relevant stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have a relevant track record of minimum 10 years as a Change Manager, demonstrating your expertise in the mentioned topics.
  • You possess solid knowledge and skills in transformation programs and people management.
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills.
  • You are Dutch or French speaking.

PRACTICAL:


  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week
  • Duration: 6 to 24 months, as from 2024
  • Location: Brussels / remote
