- Contact with our external partners, provide daily feedback and act as an intermediary in case of technical problems.
- Audit related tasks related to reconciliation of incoming payments, transactions and corrections.
- Book payments that cannot be automatically processed on the customer files.
- Complete the daily reporting related to the different types of payment and the management and reconciliation of the different bank accounts.
- Make specialized analyses on the payments processes, course of daily operation.
- Creating the daily booking document which includes all details of payments and transfers.
- Managing the entire direct debit process, activations and de-activations of direct debits and the refund process.
- Making the schedule for the domiciliation process, when do we debit the customer and does this match the due dates.
- Checking external partners' invoices against our reporting and giving approval to Finance.
- The end to end testing of all current and new processes both during business hours and during release weekends.

As a Financial Coordinator Payments, you will be part of the Invoice Operations Payments team within Telenet's Billing Tribe. This team is responsible for the entire operational payments process, reporting and reconciliation of incoming and outgoing payments.
A Financial Coordinator Payments knows the Payments processes in detail. He/she monitors a helicopter view of the end-to-end operational processes to initiate necessary escalations and follow-ups from there. The Financial Coordinator of Invoice Operations Payments is first involved in releases, implementation of new tools or programs and will also act as a tester here. For this he/she is able to think end-to-end.
The main goal is to manage all payments processes both system related and reconciliation for the Finance department and audit.
