    Beschrijving

    Als Financial Coordinator Payments maak je deel uit van het Invoice Operations Payments team binnen de Billing Tribe van Telenet. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige operationele payments process, rapportering en reconciliatie van de inkomende en uitgaande betalingen.

    Een Financial Coördinator Payments kent de Payments processen tot in detail. Hij bewaakt een helicopterview over de end-to-end operationele processen om van daaruit de nodige escalaties en opvolging te initiëren. De Financial coördinator van Invoice Operations Payments is als eerste betrokken bij releases, implementatie van nieuwe tools of programma's en zal hier ook optreden als tester. Hij is hiervoor in staat end-to-end te denken.

    Het hoofddoel is het beheren van alle payments processen zowel systeem gerelateerd als reconciliatie voor het Finance department en audit.

    Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Financial Coordinator Payments

  • Contacten onderhouden met onze externe partners, dagelijks feedback geven en in geval van technische problemen fungeren als tussenpersoon.
  • Audit gerelateerde taken met betrekking op reconciliatie van inkomende betalingen, transacties en correcties
  • Boeken van betalingen die niet automatisch kunnen geprocessed worden op de klantendossiers
  • Aanvullen van de dagelijkse rapportering gerelateerd aan de verschillende types van betaling en het beheer en reconciliatie van de verschillende bankrekeningen
  • Gespecialiseerde analyses maken op de payments processen, verloop van dagdagelijkse werking.
  • Het dagelijks aanmaken van het boekingsdocument waarin alle details van betalingen en overboekingen opgenomen worden
  • Het beheer van het volledige direct debit proces , activatie en de-activaties van domiciliëringen en het refundproces
  • Opmaken van de planning voor het domiciliëringsproces , wanneer debiteren we de klant en strookt dit met de due dates
  • Facturen van externe partners controleren aan de hand van onze reporting en approval geven aan Finance
  • Het end to end testen van alle huidige en nieuwe processen zowel tijdens kantooruren als tijdens release weekends.

  • Heeft een Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
