    Beschrijving

    As the successful Fundraising Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

    • Prepare applications for public and private fundings
    • Maintain and extend donors network, organize fundraising events
    • Increase the association's awareness, participate to networking events, develop digital and offline marketing/communication
    • You can also be involved in larger responsibilities as the development of new shared houses.

    We are looking for a highly operational, autonomous and hands-on candidate with:

    • Ideally, a proven experience in fundraising or similar experience within NPO or private sector
    • Existing network or capability of developing and maintaining a network of donors/sponsors
    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
    • Organized and methodical
    • Creative thinking for fundraising event planning and execution
    • Commitment to the NPO's mission and values
    • Motivating team player that likes taking initiatives
    • Enthusiastic about meeting and interacting with new people
    • Experience with Office 365 software (word, excel and power point)
    • Experience with the Adobe suite
    • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
    • Ideal position for a candidate who want to have a very concrete positive social impact in a small organization
