- Providing daily support to users for problems or technical questions regarding the applications, actively seeking solutions, and serving as a technological helpdesk.
- Using active monitoring to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Accurately assessing and addressing the priorities of outstanding issues.
- Designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans.
- Developing test plans, cases, and scripts and executing them yourself.
- Utilizing automation tools and frameworks to improve and streamline test processes.
- Sharing valuable insights about the daily use of the applications with developers and analysts.
- Regularly conducting training sessions for end-users.
- Sharing responsibility for documentation.
- You already have experience in Application Support.
- You possess analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset, translating into concrete results.
- You work accurately and thoroughly.
- Experience in the Microsoft stack (O365, SQL, Azure, .NET, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence) and TestRail is an asset.
- You can independently manage and expand the support organization.
- Knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.
- You are highly communicative and able to convey complex technical information understandably to end-user.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English.
