Within our Customer Service organization, we have an opportunity for a Process & tools lead

Tasks and Qualifications:

The EMEA Process and Tools Lead has to put in place and run all tools and apropriate process in the Customer Service Organization.

S/He has to get a long term vision to drive needed process and tools in order to answer of expectations.

S/He contrinutes to follow up actions as well as develop with the rest of the team the new service offering.

S/He needs to be an active player to propose standardisation and implementation of across the Customer Service EMEA team.

Manage the performance in the EMEA Customer Service organization with identified needs:
Define, select, create and implement processes from start to finish
Define, select and run all tools
Collaborate with Quality and continuous improvement on the long term infrastructure of EMEA CS
Be a force of proposal to the Control Tower team with concrete and quantified elements
