- You oversee endtoend payroll processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- You coordinate payroll activities for international employees.
- You contribute to developing fair, competitive remuneration policies aligned with company objectives.
- You participate in strategic HR discussions, monitor and achieve budget goals.
- You collaborate to integrate HR processes into the 'One IT' framework, ensuring unified operations.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You possess extensive experience in similar roles, preferably in an international context.
- You manage payroll processes, legal regulations, and compensation policies with a keen eye for detail.
- You demonstrate strong people management skills, naturally leading teams to success.
- You have a deep understanding of Belgian payroll processes and regulations, with international knowledge as a plus.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
PRACTICAL:
- Contract type: Freelance
- Duration: 36 months
- Working regime: 45 days per week
- Location: Zaventem and mostly remote
