Are you an ambitious Engineer, passionate about RFID technology and driven to excel, then this might be the opportunity you are looking for.

W.H Brady N.V is looking for an RFID Print and Encode Sspecialist to join our Production Team in Zele. In this role, you will provide production support by doing project work, fulfilling customer orders and supporting operators. You will report to the Production Department.

About the job:

In this role you will provide technical expertise on RFID printers and encoding machines:

1Make sure you have a clear understanding of customer pre-print and pre-encode requirements and can do a clear translation of customer requirements to the serialization team.
2Support operators in the serialization team related to RFID label printing and encoding.
3Perform handson work with desktop RFID printers and an RFID encoding machine.
4RFID label encoding, verification and performance test on RFID encoding machine.
5Build system configuration, build insurance recipe and setup RFID encoding machine based on customer orders.
6Able to analyze and troubleshoot print and encode errors.
7Being up to date with RFID tag standards such as GS1 and encoding schemes.
8Being up to date with UHF and HF ISO standards.
9Collaborate with crossfunctional teams at various levels within the organization (Engineering, production,...).
10Lead and provide continuous improvement on the encoding machine.
11Write routine reports and create documentation.

1You have a technical degree in engineering (ICT) and ideally have 2 years of experience
2You are a true team player and you love to work in crossfunctional teams
3Communication, verbally and written, is one of your strengths (Dutch/English)
4You are a quick learner and can easily adapt to new situations
5You have a keen eye for detail
6You like to take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve
7Knowledge in RFID manufacturing and with roll to roll manufacturing industrial printing is a plus
8Knowledge with UHF and HF RFID Wireless Communication protocols is a plus
