    Job Description

    Voor onze produktie afdeling Steriles in onze Manufacturing Site in Heist-op-den-Berg zijn wij op zoek naar een:

    Pharmaceutical Specialist – Steriele Productie

    Die verantwoordelijk zal worden voor het onderzoeken van problemen, het initiëren van verbeteringen en het faciliteren van Quality Risk Management activiteiten binnen de steriele produktie afdeling. Je draagt bij aan een effectieve en efficiënte werking van de organisatie en je werkt zelfstandig maar ook als waardevol lid van het team, terwijl je lean en pragmatisch te werk gaat om duurzame resultaten te bereiken. Je maakt deel uit van het leadership team van de afdeling Steriles.

    De site in Heist-op-den-Berg houdt zich bezig met het vervaardigen, verpakken, testen en vrijgeven van farmaceutische producten vanuit 4 productie units (Integrated Process Teams), zoals de sterilisatie van API's, formulering, afvulling en inspectie van steriele producten, de productie en verpakking van tabletten en capsules, de productie en verpakking van vloeistoffen, zalven en crèmes en het verpakken van biotechnologische producten. De IPT (afdeling) Steriles bestaat uit 200 + medewerkers.

    ​​​​​​​Verantwoordelijkheden

    • Onderzoeken van productieproblemen en het identificeren van de acties om herhaling te voorkomen;
    • Begeleiden/ implementeren van structurele verbeteringen in de Produktie Afdeling;
    • Initiëren en coördineren van wijzigingen in de Produktie afdeling;
    • Faciliteren van Quality Risk Management activiteiten binnen de Produktie Afdeling;
    • Samenwerking met Produktie Managers, Quality en Subject Matter Experts en Pharmaceutical Specialists van deze en andere afdelingen;
    • Begeleiden van Audits en identificeren en implementeren van de acties.

    Jouw profiel

    • Master diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
    • Bij voorkeur 3-5 jaar werkervaring in kwaliteit in de farmaceutische industrie;
    • Kennis van cGMP en kwaliteitssystemen is een pluspunt;
    • Kennis van projectmanagement;
    • Aangeboren nieuwsgierigheid, houdt van uitdaging;
    • Analytische, kritische, en conceptuele vaardigheden;
    • Prioriteiten kunnen stellen, gedreven, zelfstandig maar ook een teamplayer;
    • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
