- You consult with line management and employees and provide daily HR guidance on the employee life cycle.
- You facilitate talent management processes, such as talent acquisition, performance management, and personal development.
- You work closely with the line management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
- You contribute to the optimization of HR processes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are an experienced HR Business Partner within industrial environments.
- You ideally have expertise in both blue and whitecollar environments.
- You have a proactive mindset, good problemsolving skills, and are highly organized.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
PRACTICAL:
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Ghent and/or Antwerp and remote
