- Boekhoudkundige gegevens invoeren: Verantwoordelijk voor het invoeren van financiële transacties in boekhoudsoftware.
- Factuurverwerking: Beheer van inkomende en uitgaande facturen, inclusief het controleren van juistheid en tijdige verwerking.
- Bankafschriften reconciliëren: Het afstemmen van bankafschriften met de boekhouding om ervoor te zorgen dat alle transacties overeenkomen.
- Assisteren bij financiële rapportage: Bijdragen aan het opstellen van financiële rapporten en overzichten voor interne en externe belanghebbenden.
- Assistentie bij belastingaangiften: Voorbereidende werkzaamheden verrichten voor belastingaangiften en assisteren bij fiscale compliance.
- Ondersteuning bij budgettering: Helpen bij het opstellen en bewaken van budgetten om financiële doelstellingen te behalen.
- Voorbereiden van auditdocumentatie: Assisteren bij het verzamelen van documentatie en informatie ter voorbereiding op interne of externe audits.
- Financiële analyses: Uitvoeren van basisfinanciële analyses om trends en patronen te identificeren.
- Communicatie met andere afdelingen: Samenwerken met andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie om financiële informatie te verzamelen en te verstrekken.
- Studieachtergrond: Volgt een opleiding in accountancy, financiën, of een gerelateerd vakgebied om een solide theoretische basis te hebben.
- Analytisch vermogen: In staat om financiële analyses uit te voeren en trends te identificeren.
- Communicatieve vaardigheden: Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel voor samenwerking met andere afdelingen en het verstrekken van financiële informatie.
- Proactief: Toont initiatief en proactiviteit bij het aanpakken van taken en het zoeken naar mogelijkheden om het financiële proces te verbeteren.
- Taal: Vlot Nederlands en Frans of Engels
- Uurloon: €12 - €18 per uur, afhankelijk van ervaring.
