Project Coordinator - Belgium - Mid-Sized CRO - Fast Career Progression
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage study documents and attend team calls as needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for study teams and investigational sites
  • Prepare and track study metrics
  • Ensure compliance with protocols, timelines, budgets, and performance standards
  • Coordinate laboratory shipments and manage departmental operating procedures
  • Communicate with Project Managers, Sponsors, and vendors on project matters
Skills Required

  • Experience in Clinical Research
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Strong Organisation Skills
  • Prior Project Management Experience Preferred but not Essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Dutch
