Clinical Research Associate - Belgium - Small-Niche CRO - Fast Progression to CTM
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform onsite and remote monitoring and oversight activities using various tools
- Gain an indepth understanding of the study protocol and other procedures
- Conducts site visits including but not limited to validation visits, initiation visits, monitoring visits, and closeout visits, and records clear, comprehensive, and accurate visit & nonvisit contact reports appropriately in a timely manner
- Collect, monitor, and review regulatory documentation from study startup all the way through to study closeout
- 18 Months of Experience Minimum in Clinical Research Associate Position
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of monitoring skills with complete independent professional judgment
- Efficient and effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to problemsolve under pressure
- Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to understand and present technical information effectively
- Fluency in written and spoken (English and Dutch) OR (English and French)
