a Problem Manager to spearhead our client's ganization's IT stability and reliability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Problem Identification: Proactively spot issues to prevent recurring problems, collabating closely with our incident manager.

Root Cause Analysis: Dive deep into complex issues, conducting though investigations to get to the ce of the problem.

Effective Solutions: Develop and implement solutions swiftly, minimizing service disruptions and ensuring smooth operations.

Documentation and Repting: Maintain detailed recds, enabling continuous improvement and perfmance evaluation.

Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of innovation, always striving f enhanced problem resolution and IT efficiency.

Collabation and Communication: Engage with multiple IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Expertise: Bachel's degree in IT related field with at least 2 years of Problem Manager experience.

Communication Skills: Excellent English and French al and written communication skills are mandaty.

ITIL Framewk: Strong knowledge of ITIL framewk is essential, with an ITIL certification being a plus.

Analytical Skills: Outstanding problem-solving abilities paired with a knack f analytics

Team Player:
Ability to collabate effectively across teams, fostering a cohesive w

Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of IT service management tools and software.
