- In general, the Product Owner (PO) enables the team to translate the strategic plans into team Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) by ensuring that the team members know WHAT they need to deliver and that they understand the value:
- You act as a servant leader and proactively support and stimulate people to self-organize.
- In close collaboration with all stakeholders, you contribute to healthy tribe- and team-dynamics and deliver and enable effective fast value delivery flow by: Facilitating of prioritized and focused way of working. Backlog creation and refining the priorities and focus area as well as determining in what order items should be picked up (prioritizing) and monitoring the progress of the different tasks together with the Scrum Master(s).
- You define together with the Go-to-market managers, the overall Go-to-market strategy for BASE with a focus on acquiring new customers without losing track on impact on existing customers. Afterwards, you make sure that the backlog priorities are set to deliver the Go-to-market strategy (within the team and outside the team).
- You are accountable for the sales & activation targets across the different channels, on the short and long term. This entails that you set out on the targets on acquisition for BASE and the accompanied marketing budgets linked to it. You validate these targets with senior management and other stakeholders. During the year, you follow up on these targets and do a reforecast when needed.
- You have knowledge on media approaches and metrics to be able to evaluate optimal set-up of the Go-to- campaigns based on proposal of communication experts.
