- Verzamelen, correct waarderen, interpreteren en rapporteren van audience & campagne data en die ter beschikking stellen volgens de behoeften van sales en externe klanten;
- Begrijpen, analyseren en synthetiseren van de commerciële parameters van onze verschillende media, in het bijzonder van video & audio;
- Vanuit de performantie van onze media argumentaties en verhalen bouwen die de keuze voor onze media en titels bevorderen, mogelijk op maat van klanten of sectoren;
- Het doelgericht en snel afhandelen van de dagelijkse vragen van zowel sales als management, met maximale efficiëntie en effectiviteit;
- Specifieke negotiatie support bieden in de periode december-maart;
- Key sales projecten en Business development ondersteunen met audience analyses en inzichten;
- Voeden van B2B-communicatie op basis van cijfers en inzichten uit onderzoek;
- Het vermogen om effectief als tussenpersoon te fungeren en te communiceren;
- Input leveren voor roadshows/ presentaties/ blog/ website /nieuwsbrieven.
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Audience Researcher óf binnen marketing. Op beide vlakken is een pré, ervaring binnen data-analyse is wel een vereiste;
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans;
- Strategische en tactische video & audio plannings kennis is een pré;
- Je kunt hoofd en bijzaken goed van elkaar onderscheiden;
- Je legt en onderhoudt makkelijk contact, kan goed communiceren en hebt voldoende overtuigingskracht om je eigen ideeën te laten landen;
- Teamgericht zijn en sociaal vaardig;
- Je neemt initiatief en kan goed zelfstandig werken.
