Role Overview:

Aerospacelab is looking for an Analyst Developer who will contribute to the continuous integration of the Odoo ERP in the company.

The developer will be part of an experienced team of Odoo analyst developers, with a 360° implementation goal, from purchases to sales, from project to manufacturing, from human resources to helpdesk, going through inventory, finance, customer relations, quality, maintenance and many more as a key in the company growth.

Duties:

As part of the Odoo MRP/ERP deployment team:

You ensure development, customization and deployment of MRP/ERP modules based on Business needs.
Provide technical and functional support to Business Analyst and Odoo users
Ensure the newly develop features are compatible with Odoo Standard (avoid regression) and comply with coding guidelines
Produce high quality code that will run Aerospacelab's factories
Participate in the elaboration of technical and functional specification with final users and the other developers

Key activities:

Review and challenge specification with Product Owners
Split specification into plannable tasks
Develop tasks and test them with users
Write unit and integration tests to improve CI/CD
Constant communication with all members in the teams (You won't develop your code alone in your corner)
Help others improving their daytoday routines

Nice to have:

Good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
Odoo experience (either Development or experience as a user)
Github, SQL, experience with objectrelational mapping, CI/CD
Experience in JavaScript or web framework

Must have:

Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge in Python, Database management
Handson experience with Linux, Git and debugging tools
Curious and openminded
Good at problem solving
Autonomous & Solution Oriented
Working level English
