You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts and enthusiasts in your field. You will be trained in our core activities and methodologies.

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
As a Solution Analyst, you:
Will help strive for the continuous improvement of business processes
Analyse processes and their existing IT systems and working out (IT) solutions that support process optimisation
Describe, test and implement the 'solutions' functionally
Support the business partner in securing this solution within his organisation.
Will also share your knowledge with your colleagues in analysis techniques and testing.
You will work on several projects for different business units and you will develop, integrate and support Point of sales systems.
You will be responsible for the:
Analysis and mapping ot the ASIS situation of business processes and systems.
Analysis and description of what the new or modified system should do, how the new or modified process will run.
Building of the knowledge and the support of core users in the functional area.
Handover to business and operational organisation.

PROFILE
Ideally, you:
are fluent in Dutch and English or French
have a solid experience of more than 6 years as a Functional/Business Analyst
have highly developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
are client driven and rigorous
have a "can do" mentality and are a real team player.
are seen as a proactive person with good presentation and communication skills
are able to provide work of high and consistent quality, often with tight deadlines
