You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts and enthusiasts in your field. You will be trained in our core activities and methodologies.
You will have the opportunity to work on solutions that contribute to make the work smoother in the overburdened sector of our client.
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Analyse the incoming questions and problems from final users and translate them into functional specifications for the developers' team, making you the important link between Business and IT
Draw out long-term structural solutions in connection with the architects and final customers
Mould these solutions into concrete steps for implementation by the development teams
Map out the customers' needs and have experience in performing analyses, testing, documenting and working with Agile methods
Jointly prepare and plan user stories
Be the development team's point of contact regarding functional questions
Monitor the development and quality of the final solution
Manage the backlog and monitor the overview of the project scope
PROFILE
Ideally, you:
are fluent in Dutch and English or French
have a solid experience of 2 or 4 years as a Functional Analyst in Software development environment
have highly developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
are client driven and rigorous
have a "can do" mentality and are a real team player.
are familiar with the Agile principles of working environment
are seen as a proactive person with good presentation and communication skills
are able to provide work of high and consistent quality, often with tight deadlines
