Short description:


As a group L&D (Learning and Development) Officer, you are responsible for coordinating, organizing, and evaluating training and development programs for our employees.

You work closely with the L&D Manager to identify training needs and develop customized programs that align with the company's objectives.

In this position, you will report to the Group L&D Manager


Accountabilities:


  • Organize and coordinate Group learning programs such as leadership programs
  • Coordinate logístical arrangements and communication with participants and partners
  • Handle the employee reporting overview for internal and external training
  • Analyse training data and initiate followup actions
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention within the organization, such as our wellbeing Survey
  • Play an active role in market research for potential partners
  • Depending on your interests and career goals, you may also actively participate in diverse projects and topics

Profile:


  • Experience in project management and/or L&D is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar environment.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and MS Teams, and 'digitalminded' approach
