Context:

Based in Brussels, the KYC/AML Officer reports to the Global Head Of Sales and acts as contact person for all DPAM sales teams (in Belgium and for its different international branches) on all KYC/AML related topics.

Your Position:

According to the established internal KYC/AML policies and procedures, the KYC/AML Officer will:

Support and interact with the different sales teams to perform timely and properly the KYC/AML processes on new or existing institutional counterparties
Collect all required KYC information & documentation, reviewing and verifying received documentation, concluding its completeness and reliability
Undertake quality review of KYC records and contribute to the maintenance and completeness of accurate KYC data in the CRM system
Discuss and interact with Compliance on issues on client types, country specific issues, and other AML related questions to perform adequate assessment
Prepare KYC/AML files for acceptance by the Global Head of Sales and the CoDil
Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly reportings for monitoring purposes
Implement efficient and effective first line AML processes and controls in line with AML policy
Maintain and update the first line AML processes and procedures documentation according to new requirements, systems, and regulations
Lead all (first line) AMLrelated projects and act as the AML team representative.

Your Profile:

Previous work experience in similar compliance or AML/KYC client's oriented position
Master's degree in law, business administration or finance
Good understanding of regulatory requirements, especially with relation to KYC/AML frameworks, policies and procedures
Well organized, good planning and time management skills
Good interpersonal and soft (influencing and consultative) skills
Team player
Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines
Strong service oriented "client first" culture

Minimum English fluent

Other fluent European languages (FR/GE/IT/ES) would be an asset.
