Main responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and policies
Ensure accuracy of customer master data
Perform customer account reconciliation and payment processing
Reduce DSO and overdue amounts
Monitor and resolve disputes effectively
Conduct credit analysis and recommend credit limits and payment terms for new customers with yearly review
Anticipate potential legal issues and escalate promptly
Calculate monthly bad debts provision
Provide timely comments for monthly A/R reporting
Reconcile bank statements with GL accounts daily
Report daily cash position.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor level
Min. 2 years of relevant experience
Good verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and English. French and any other language is a plus.
Experience in interacting with management and working with crossfunctional teams
Basic knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics
